Standard CR80 size is 3.375 × 2.125 inches. Cards are typically 30 mil and may use PVC or composite PVC/PET depending on intended use. Full-color single- or double-sided printing and matte or gloss finishes are available. Magnetic stripes, signature panels, sequential numbering, barcodes, QR codes, variable data, and other custom options are available upon request.

Artwork and production policy: PDF is preferred; properly prepared AI, EPS, PSD, TIFF, JPG, and PNG files are also accepted. Small-format artwork should be supplied at final size, 300 DPI, and CMYK, with 0.125 inch bleed on each side when artwork extends to the edge. Fonts should be embedded or converted to outlines, and linked images should be embedded or supplied. Files are reviewed before production; a digital proof may be provided when appropriate, and production waits for required corrections or proof approval. Standard production for most routine print orders is 3–5 business days after full payment, print-ready artwork approval, and required proof approval. Rush production is available only for eligible products and production capacity, normally 1–2 business days, may carry a rush charge, and must be confirmed before acceptance. Local pickup is available. Shipping is available where applicable; local delivery may be offered in approved service areas. Shipping and delivery are quoted separately, and transit time is separate from production. Custom materials, sizes, finishes, and configurations are available upon request and are not included unless selected and quoted.
